'Heiy Govinda' Song by Vani .......
The heiy.. govinda song of vani is still ringing in my ears since I first heard it from Arjun's phone on 12th November.
How is that?
The story goes like this!
My last email to CLS family of having Appa's srartham at a place of one Mr Ramamurthi's residence on 13th touched Babu sentimentally and he spoke to me immediately over phone.
The chain of events followed is interesting.
Babu sent one of vani's song recorded at youth festival function recently in LA.
I could not download at office since the net was down.
In the evening, Arjun telephoned from Minnesotta. I told him to download the song and he did it immediately while talking over phone and he played it!
There came the melodious rich voice of Vani starting at a high pitch! I could not get words through the phone..
After some time Ganesh telephoned from Dallas. We were talking about so many things including his desire to come to India after 2/3 years for settlement and to be a part of IT movemnet in India.
A series of overseas calls cheered me.
In between, a distant relative of Vijaya's mother came to see her but a little disappointed about her absence. I prepared dosa, coffee etc. and in the name of hospitality, I hope, I did not put him in hospital.
I could not download the song a home also due to some problem or other.
Then on sunday I performed the srartham and retuned home in the afternoon. I talked to Anu through cell not knowing she was watching the film 'SIVAKASI' in a theatre in Bangalore with Vijaya, Ramani anna, amma, Vidya at that time.
Then I connected to the net and at last I could download Vani's song at home .
There came the melody of Vani in its full form and I heard it 5-6 times.
The heiy.. govinda of vani is still ringing in my ears since then.
Vani excellent..
Babu.. done a good job.. I refer to the emailing of the song !
Keep it up.
I suggest a portal can be hosted in any one of the free sites and the photos of all CLS family can be uploaded and also the songs, musics of our folks.
We can give links to blogs of our people also.
